Leigh 0e8b75b402 Replace Top N dropdown with free-form number input; default all to 10 
- Rename topNOptions (array) to hasTopN (boolean) across setupChartControls,
  renderSimpleChart, renderPinnedStacked, renderPinnedScatter, and all call sites
- Replace <select> with <input type="number" placeholder="All"> in ctrl bar;
  empty or 0 means show all items
- Set defaultTopN=10 everywhere (was 15/20/25 depending on chart)
